Abstract: In a world where close to 45% of European tech start-ups fail within their first five years of existence, future entrepreneurs need to develop an understanding on what makes a start-up successful. This seminar will focus on debunking some of the myths around start-ups, while explaining the main elements to consider in order to launch a successful business. More particularly, we will emphasise the importance of market research and understanding of customer needs, while sharing tools that entrepreneurs can use in order to bring their idea to life.
