Abstract: The acceleration imposed by new information technologies combined with a digital metamorphosis puts us in front of new scenarios such as entire strategic sectors that depend on large masses of data. To this must also be added new sensors and objects, such as industrial machinery, cars and household appliances, connected to the network. These new paradigms have inherent new risks where the most relevant one is the cybernetic one and in any case all the problems related to security that allow operation and operational continuity. Intelligence and information sharing are some of the relevant processes in a security plan and Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERTs) play a fundamental role.
