Summary:  Following a brief introduction the negotiation principles and terminology are discussed. Through practical examples and an interactive session, the discussion will analyze do’s and don’t’s and how to manage typical win-loss and win-win negotiations. A final practical session will help show how negotiation works.

Biography: Stefano Mancini works as Director Resin Category for AptarGroup (NYSE: ATR). Stefano is a strategic sourcing purchaser, managing the plastic resins global spend for the group, reporting directly to the CPO. He holds a Physics degree Magna cum Laude and a PhD in Physics from the University of Pisa, he expanded his academic preparation with 3-years Business Administration Executive courses from Texas A&M University located in College Station, Texas, United States. Prior to working for AptarGroup, Stefano spent 20 years working in several senior positions with Halliburton Inc. (NYSE: HAL) spanning from operation to sales, to business management and development of organizations. He has extensive experience working across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America, Asia, and South America.
