Description: The seminar aims to introduce the key elements of the Cyber Crisis Management process and to allow participants to engage in a real dynamic Table Top exercise. This simulation allows participants to be involved as if they were the Management of an organisation in an interactive scenario. In this context, participants will be able to analyse possible impacts and discuss possible management strategies and responses to incidents and crises of a Cyber nature.
Biographies:
- Lorenzo Russo is a Partner in the Cyber Strategy & Transformation Risk area of Deloitte Italy with 20+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Cybersecurity strategy consulting, in multiple sectors such as Finance, Transportation, Energy, Telco, Government and Public Entities. He is the co-author of the National Cyber Security Framework, Cyber Essential Controls and Cyber advisory for the UN.
- Francesco Tozzi is the Director in the Cyber Emerging Technologies Risk area of Deloitte Italy with extensive experience in Cybersecurity strategy consulting, industrial operations and critical infrastructures for multiple sectors such as Finance, Automotive, Energy, Utilities, Telco, and LSHC.
