Biography: Dino Cataldo Dell’Accio is the Chief Information Officer of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF). With extensive experience in designing, governing, and securing global information systems, he specializes in blockchain, distributed ledger technologies, and digital identity solutions that support UN operations and critical infrastructures.

Previously, he served as Chief of ICT Audit at the UN Office of Internal Oversight Services and as an Information Security Officer at the UN Secretariat. A recognized leader in digital transformation, he is actively involved in global advisory groups, including the UN Internet Governance Forum and the Government Blockchain Association.

Mr. Dell’Accio is a recipient of the 2021 UN Secretary-General Award for Innovation and Sustainability and the 2023 Government Blockchain Association Award for Social Impact for his work on blockchain-based digital identity solutions. He holds advanced degrees in IT law, auditing, and internal control, along with multiple professional certifications in cybersecurity, blockchain security, and information systems auditing.
