Abstract: The claim that "information is the oil of the third millennium" is not just a commonplace: the society in which we live is in fact the "information society", in the sense that it finds value in activities concerning the processing of information, such as in in the past the value was in the transformation of raw materials.

The consequence of this in our everyday lives is that even the information that concerns us is of great value, and often without our knowledge: it must therefore be protected against those who seek to abuse or exploit it to our detriment. And if in the digital age privacy is dead, we must be even more aware and careful not to risk falling victim to unpleasant or even dangerous situations
